Expert answering cloud print questions

How does cloud print work with SAP S/4HANA?

IQIT's cloud print solution connects directly to SAP S/4HANA without requiring a print server. Print jobs route through Vasion's cloud infrastructure, eliminating driver conflicts and VPN latency while maintaining full SAP compatibility.

Can I print without VPN?

Yes. Cloud-first print means users can print directly from their device without VPN connection. This eliminates the frustrating VPN latency that makes printing slow or unreliable for remote workers.

Which ERP systems are supported?

IQIT's solution is certified and confirmed to work with SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, Oracle ERP Cloud, Epic Systems, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, and many other enterprise systems.

How long does implementation take?

Most organizations are up and running within days, not weeks. IQIT handles assessment, design, deployment and optimization so your team can focus on other priorities.

What about security for sensitive documents?

Secure release printing ensures documents only print when the user authenticates at the device. This prevents abandoned printouts and ensures sensitive documents reach the right hands.

What is the difference between PaperCut and cloud print?

PaperCut is an on-premises print management solution that requires a dedicated print server. Even in hybrid mode, the core architecture remains server-dependent. Vasion Print (delivered by IQIT) is fully serverless - print jobs route directly from devices to printers via Direct IP, with no server required. IQIT is the authorised Vasion partner for the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg and specialises in PaperCut-to-Vasion migrations across the Benelux and EMEA.

Can I replace MyQ with a serverless solution?

Yes. MyQ and MyQ Roger both still rely on on-premises server infrastructure. Vasion Print (delivered by IQIT) is fully cloud-native and serverless, requiring no on-premises hardware. IQIT specialises in MyQ-to-Vasion migrations and can typically complete the transition with zero downtime, eliminating print-related helpdesk tickets and enabling off-network printing without VPN.

Is CUPS a good enterprise print solution?

CUPS (Common Unix Printing System) is open-source and useful in small or technical environments, but lacks the enterprise capabilities most organisations require - no management console, no secure release printing, no cloud management, and no ERP integrations. Vasion Print, delivered by IQIT across the Benelux and EMEA, replaces CUPS-based environments with cloud-managed Direct IP printing and full enterprise controls, with no server required.

What countries does IQIT cover?

IQIT is the official Vasion partner for the Benelux region (Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg) and the primary Vasion MSP distributor for Eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa. Organisations and MSPs in the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Poland, Czech Republic, Hungary, Romania, the Baltics, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Israel, South Africa, Nigeria and Kenya can all work directly with IQIT for Vasion Print, Vasion Output and Vasion Automate.
